Nicole’s legendary web mastery and archival work are known worldwide, and honestly, she’s the only reason Christina will have a wedding dress—because without her styling skills, she might be walking down the aisle in nothing at all.

Ian and Christina met when he was still dating her sister and wearing cravats. Nearly 20 years later, he’s married into the family—and his impeccable style has only evolved. Ian is both chill and deeply grounded, a fierce ally and a creative force. He brings calm, care, and artistry to everything he touches—and he’s one of the safest people Christina knows.

Gabriel and Christina go back to 10th grade chemistry class. From there, his quirky, nerdy goofball burst forth in a glorious outpouring of delight. When he moved to San Francisco, Christina’s brain, heart, mind, and soul ascended into the stratosphere—and they’ve been orbiting in friendship ever since. Gabriel is also an accomplished flautist and will be playing during the ceremony.

Christina met Shane in a black cab in Oxford, England, in 2006. With her turquoise hair and voracious intellect, Shane was the first to make a compelling case that television could be a form of high art. She was also the first person Christina ever came out to, becoming a deeply trusted confidante and cherished part of her journey ever since. Over the years, they have lived together, traveled the world side by side, and even rowed a boat together down the River Thames.

Harper is Christina’s beloved niece and the absolute darling of the family. We're honored to have her as one of the flower girls on this special day.
